  • You can create an account by downloading the app from the app store and using our registration process. You may also elect to register through your facebook or google account.

  • HOW TO CANCEL YOUR BURBLE
    SUBSCRIPTION AND/OR ACCOUNT

    Step 1: Cancel you subscription with Apple Store or Google Play Store (instructions below)
    Step 2: Cancel your burble account.

    Please note that cancelling your Apple or Google subscription with burble will not delete your burble account. To delete your burble account, please cancel your subscription as described below and then open the burble app, click to the profile section, and scroll down to ‘delete my account’.

    If you have not cancelled your subscription, your account will not be deleted.

    Cancel Apple Store Subscription

    To cancel your burble subscription purchased via Apple Pay, you'll need to manage the subscription through your Apple ID. Here's how to do it:

    1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

    2. Tap on your name at the top to access your Apple ID settings.

    3. Select "Subscriptions."

    4. You'll see a list of all active subscriptions. Find and tap on Goburble.

    5. Tap "Cancel Subscription."

    6. Confirm the cancellation.

    This will stop your burble subscription from renewing at the end of the current billing period.

    Cancel Google Play Store Subscription

    To cancel your burble subscription purchased via the Google Play Store, follow these steps:

    1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

    2. Tap on your profile icon in the top right corner.

    3. Select "Payments & subscriptions" and then tap on "Subscriptions."

    4. You'll see a list of your active subscriptions. Find and tap on Goburble.

    5. Tap "Cancel subscription."

    6. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

    Your burble subscription will be canceled, and it won't renew at the end of the current billing period.

    Your subscription to for burble is set to auto-renew on the anniversary date shown in your account subscription in the app. You will be billed automatically on the specified billing date and subscription amount and in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. They will charge the payment method associated with your account, so please ensure your payment details are up to date to avoid any disruption in service.

    Should you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time through your app profile; however, please note that cancellations made after the billing date for the current period will not refund or prorate the current period's charges, and your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your subscription or billing, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.

  • Yes, you can edit your account user information by navigating to the Profile section in the app and selecting the My Account option.

  • To reset your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

  • Yes, you can change your email address by going to into the Profile section of the App and clicking My Account and selecting the option to update email.

  • No, you will not be charged during the free trial period. Your subscription will start only after the trial ends and paid via apple or google.

  • Getting a Refund from Google Play Store:

    1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

    2. Tap on your profile icon in the top right corner.

    3. Select "Payments & subscriptions," then tap on "Budget & history."

    4. Find the Calm subscription in your purchase history.

    5. Tap on the purchase and select "Request a refund" or "Report a problem."

    6. Follow the prompts to explain why you’re requesting a refund.

    Google will review your request and typically respond within 15 minutes to a few business days.

    Getting a Refund from Apple App Store:

    1. Open the "Report a Problem" page on your browser by going to reportaproblem.apple.com.

    2. Sign in with your Apple ID.

    3. Find the Calm subscription in your purchase history.

    4. Click on "Report" next to the subscription you want a refund for.

    5. Select "I'd like to request a refund" and choose a reason for your refund request.

    6. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.

    Apple typically processes refund requests within a few days, and you will receive an email once a decision has been made.

  • Contact our support team immediately with the details of the charge, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • Unfortunately at this time, all account management must be done through the app.

  • You can manage notification settings by going to the Profile section of the app, opening the Notification tab, and selecting the notifications you want to receive.

  • Unfortunately at this time we do not allow pauses to your subscription.

  • Apple App Store:

    If a payment for a subscription fails in the Apple App Store, the following happens:

    1. Retry Attempts: Apple will attempt to charge the payment method on file multiple times over a period of time. They usually try three times over the next few days.

    2. Grace Period: Apple may offer a grace period during which you can update your payment information without losing access to the subscription.

    3. Account Suspension: If the payment continues to fail and isn’t resolved, the subscription will be suspended. You will lose access to the service until the payment is successfully processed.

    4. Notification: You’ll receive notifications from Apple informing you of the failed payment and prompting you to update your payment information.

    5. Subscription Cancellation: If the payment issue is not resolved within a certain period, your subscription may be canceled.

    Google Play Store:

    If a payment for a subscription fails in the Google Play Store, this is what happens:

    1. Retry Attempts: Google Play will attempt to charge your payment method multiple times over a period of time, generally retrying the payment for up to 30 days.

    2. Grace Period: Some subscriptions may have a grace period, allowing you to update your payment information and still maintain access to the service without interruption.

    3. Account Suspension: If the payment fails after multiple attempts, the subscription will be suspended, and you’ll lose access until the payment is successfully processed.

    4. Notification: You will receive notifications from Google Play about the failed payment and instructions on how to update your payment information.

    5. Subscription Cancellation: If the payment issue isn’t resolved within the retry period, your subscription will be canceled, and you’ll need to resubscribe if you want to regain access.
