Morning burble’tation
Fear can help motivate you, but can also be a block that causes you to avoid the things you want to do.
Take a moment to think about what are you avoiding/anxious about/not doing thats important to you in your life right now? What is it you are fearing? What is your fear trying to help you avoid happening or protect you from? If you didn’t have this fear, what would you do differently today?
Goal: When you find yourself avoiding things, ask yourself, what is my fear and what options do you have that are solution-oriented that can move you forward verse avoiding.

Words are important. In fact, we tend to use words without giving much thought to what they subconsciously mean and how they make us feel. This exercise helps you give deeper understanding and meaning to the words you use in your life.
Tip: When defining the below word, be patient with yourself. What can seem easy and intuitive may surprise you with how hard it can be to define a word. Allow your mind to wander as your define it. Work to find other words that share its meaning.
Did you know that the last 5 minutes before you go to bed offer a unique opportunity to plant seeds into your subconscious mind for change?
Right before you go to bed, grab a piece of paper and pen (no phone or computer notes) and write down something you want to accomplish, experience or receive. Add in a few words of how you will feel when this happens. Be as specific and positive as possible. Once finished, tuck the paper under your pillow for your subconscious mind to start manifesting.
